Stacey Silber will present Beth David Synagogue’s newly redesigned website at the opening meeting of the Beth David Sisterhood on Wednesday, October 14, at 7 pm, at Beth David Synagogue. The presentation will offer members and guests an opportunity to learn more about the new website and the many ways it can help connect the congregation, preserve its history, and welcome visitors and new members to Beth David.
“Stacey has devoted countless hours to this project and is looking forward to sharing the finished website with the congregation,” said a Sisterhood representative. 
In addition to owning Silber Creations, Silber works as the office administrator at Hillel Academy and holds several leadership roles within the Beth David community. She has also shared her knowledge and talents with the Sisterhood at several events in the past, including the “Challah Baking Demonstration” held in anticipation of Rosh Hashanah last year.
“Through the website project, Stacey hopes to highlight the rich history and traditions of Beth David while creating a welcoming, informative, and easy-to-use resource for current members, prospective members, and anyone interested in learning more about the shul,” said a Sisterhood representative. “The website will provide another way for the community to stay connected and for the legacy of Beth David to be shared with future generations.”
Although membership in Sisterhood is encouraged, the meeting is open to everyone – members and non-members of Beth David, women and men. Beth David Sisterhood membership is $25 and is payable at any meeting. Any outstanding payments for mitzvah cards may also be made at the meeting. The Beth David Sisterhood will also be collecting non-perishable food items for CHOW, helping to provide assistance to local families in need.
