Temple Israel will host Zach Mayer as its Musician in Residence during the weekend of March 14-16. Programs will be held Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening and Sunday morning. More details will be provided in future issues of The Reporter. The Eisenberg Fund and the Jewish Federation of Greater Binghamton have provided financial support for the event. Additional donors are welcome. Musicians who would like to participate in the Saturday evening concert are encouraged to contact Temple Israel for more information.

“Zach is a well known musician recognized for his unique ability to bring people together through the power of nigunim,” said organizers of the event. “Zach channels his family lineage of the four generations of cantors before him as he helps communities find their joyous voices in song.”
